3. Product Listings & Availability

  • Product images and descriptions are provided by global suppliers and may differ slightly from the final product.

  • Product availability is subject to supplier stock and market conditions.

  • Prices are subject to changes based on exchange rates, supplier costs, shipping rates, and customs duties.

4. Order Process

  • Customers provide product links, images, or detailed references.

  • GWESHMA confirms product availability, price, and estimated delivery timeline.

  • Orders are processed upon receipt of full or partial payment.

  • GWESHMA reserves the right to decline any order that does not meet regulatory, ethical, or quality standards.

5. Payments

  • Payment methods include bank transfers, PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cash payments at our offices or authorized agents.

  • Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

  • Installment payments, if applicable, require a separate written agreement.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • GWESHMA manages international shipping, customs clearance, and final delivery within Morocco.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to supplier processing and international logistics.

  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, or force majeure events are outside GWESHMA’s responsibility.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Customs & Documentation

  • GWESHMA ensures all shipments comply with Moroccan import regulations.

  • We prepare and provide all necessary documentation, including invoices, certificates of origin, and product certifications.

  • Customers must cooperate if additional information is requested by customs authorities.

8. Product Quality & Warranty

  • GWESHMA performs pre-shipment quality checks with suppliers when applicable.

  • Customers must inspect delivered products and report issues within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting evidence.

  • Warranty coverage varies by product type and supplier terms. GWESHMA assists with warranty claims where possible.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed after product inspection.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by GWESHMA.

10. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the legality of imported products.

  • Customers must verify product specifications before placing orders.

  • Customers must not attempt to import prohibited or restricted items.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • GWESHMA acts as an intermediary, not the manufacturer.

  • GWESHMA is not responsible for damages caused by improper product use or installation.

  • GWESHMA is not liable for force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, global crises).

12. Amendments

GWESHMA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law, and any disputes will be settled by the Commercial Court of Ouarzazate.
